Fully ventilated plant.
5 and 1.2 meter parallel staircases up to the top.
The plant is supported by 10 feet deep foundation resulting in very stable structure.
The plant has two gates and there are no obstacles for vehicles to enter from gate No.1 and to exit from Gate no. 2.
The plant is designed as per the norms of M.I.D.C.
All valve before start check properly and if found any damage take immediate action rectified for private accident.
All Reactor calibration in time to time.
Near all the Reactor put separate fire extinguisher.
Process Safety
All the Reactors are equipped given pressure relief valves.
All the Reactors, receivers, tanks are provided with dip pipes to prevent generation of static charge.
Auto temperature controllers are provided on each distillation system stopping inflow of thermionic oil into system on achieving set temperature preventing unwanted rise in temperature.
Other safety measures such a copper jumpers for flanges, flame arrestors on vents.
Fire Safety
1560 LPN @ 50 meter head fire hydrant facility with mechanical foam spray.
50000 liter underground water storage tank dedicated for fire fighting with slab load bearing capacity of 10 tons.
10000 Liter over head water tank kept at 50 feet height equipped with booster pump for firefighting purpose.
We have sufficient no of fire extinguishers of different types such as ABC,DCP,CO2 etc.
All employees are fully trained to operate the fire extinguisher to avoid major accident.
Electrical Safety
All electrical equipments are flameproof.
Separate earth pits for plant, electrical panel, tanks, tanker loading, unloading and drum filling.
All the cable goes through cable trays.
All electrical line cover in PVC pipe line in enter plant.
All electrical motor covered with S.S with metal jail in enter plant.
All electrical motor check in time to time to avoid the accident.
